We dry-hopped a special batch of our All American IPA
with a generous helping of fresh Jersey-grown Cascade and Nugget hops to give it an irresistible aroma & taste. Lightly filtered, malty & hoppy, it goes great with our wings & other spicy dishes.

Brewmaster Tim Kelly began homebrewing in Vermont in 2000. After completing the Brewing Science & Engineering course conducted by the American Brewers Guild, he began working at Flying Fish Brewery in Cherry Hill, NJ where he worked his way up to Assistant Brewer. Tim began working at the Tun Tavern in 2007. Tim's talents and enthusiasm for the beer making process have been instrumental in the rave reviews Tun Tavern has received for our beers over the years. Tim's Pumpkin Ale and Summer Wheat Beers (Hefeweiss) are so popular each year, customers ask for them months in advance. We hope you will come in soon and sample Tim Kelly's latest creation!
